1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to specific areas across India. During checkout, you can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pincode.
2. Shipping Charges
FREE SHIPPING is available for most locations across India! 🎉
However, for certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, minimal shipping charges may apply. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order:
- Order Confirmation: Instant (via email/SMS)
- Processing & Packing: 1-2 business days
- Dispatch: Within 2 business days
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, your order will typically arrive in:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Total time from order to delivery: 5-7 days on average
5. Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order:
- You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched
- Track your order in real-time using the tracking link
- Check order status anytime in your account dashboard
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available! 💰
Pay in cash when your order is delivered. COD may not be available for all locations or high-value orders.
7. Serviceable Areas
We ship to most major cities and towns across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
- Selected rural and remote areas
8. Delivery Issues
What if I'm not home during delivery?
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- You'll receive a call/SMS before delivery
- You can reschedule delivery or provide alternate delivery instructions
What if my order is delayed?

- We'll track your order and provide updates
- In case of significant delays, we'll offer solutions
What if my package is damaged?
- Inspect your package before accepting delivery
- If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
9. Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address?
- Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately, we can update it
- After Dispatch: Address changes may not be possible
10. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
